Our Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the Zones:

• If you are in Senegal: it takes between 24 and 72 hours
• If you are in France: it takes between 24 and 72 hours
• If you are in Ivory Coast: it takes between 24 and 48 hours if the jewelry is available and 10 days if it is out of stock.
• If you are in Burkina Faso and Cameroon: you need to count between 7 days and 15 days
• If you are in other African countries: it takes between 10 days and 15 days
• If you are in other European countries: it takes between 5 days and 10 days
• If you are in the United States or Canada: it takes between 15 days and 20 days

Our jewelry is made of Bronze with a thin layer of Gold plating. They are water resistant however:

• Never put on jewelry before lotions, creams, perfumes
• Put them on after getting dressed to avoid any exposure as they darken faster.
• Dry curls regularly with a microfiber towel to maintain their shine and prevent them from fading.
• Avoid swimming or sleeping with your jewelry on.

• Satisfied or refunded 14 days after receipt.
• Shipping costs at your expense, in the event of a refund or exchange.
• Refunds are always made to your bank card used.

However, it is imperative that all returned products are in perfect condition, i.e. never worn, and that you are responsible for the return postage costs. In addition, please provide us with proof of postage by email as confirmation of delivery.
